Plumbing systems
Domestic water, sanitary and storm waste, natural gas, roof drainage and site utilities to five feet outside the building. Underground rough-in through trim and final testing.
Hydronic & steam heating
Heating and chilled water piping, boilers and pumps, steam and condensate return, glycol systems. Welded and pressed joints, flushing, chemical treatment and balancing.
Medical gas
Oxygen, medical air, vacuum and nitrogen distribution installed to NFPA 99 by brazers certified under ASME Section IX, with third-party verification coordinated before turnover.
Coordinated before it is installed
We model our scope against the architectural and structural sets, resolve clashes in coordination meetings, and prefabricate assemblies in the shop where the schedule benefits. Submittals, closeout documents and as-builts are delivered on the general contractor’s format.
